π§π 7-Day Gut Detox Plan
πMorning Routine (Daily)
To be done on an empty stomach.

| Garlic Detox Shot |
Crush 1 clove of garlic, wait 10 mins, then swallow with warm water + Β½ tsp honey. Start with 1 clove, may increase to 2-3 by Day 3. |
| Ajwain Water |
Soak 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) in water overnight. Boil and drink warm, or simply chew the seeds and drink the water. |
| Optional Boost |
Add juice of Β½ lemon to lukewarm water for extra detox. |
πBreakfast (7:30β9:00 AM)
Choose one of the following:
- Steamed or sautΓ©ed vegetables (like bottle gourd, carrots, spinach).
- Daliya (broken wheat porridge) or Poha with fresh ginger.
- Idli with homemade coconut chutney (use minimal oil).
- Tip: Add a pinch of jeera (cumin) powder or roasted ajwain for better digestion.
πMid-Morning & Evening Snacks
- Mid-Morning (10:30 AM): 1 banana or apple OR Buttermilk with jeera powder & mint.
- Evening (4:00 PM): Herbal tea (jeera, ginger, or fennel) with roasted chana or 1 fruit.
π½οΈLunch (12:30β2:00 PM)
- Grains: 1 bowl of rice or 2 phulkas (whole wheat, no maida).
- Protein: A bowl of Dal, Sambar, or Moong curry.
- Veggies: Cooked vegetables like beetroot, bottle gourd, or ridge gourd.
- Salad: Fresh cucumber salad with a sprinkle of lemon juice and jeera powder.
πDinner (7:00β8:30 PM)
- Moong Khichdi with a spoonful of ghee, ajwain, and turmeric.
- Alternatively: A light vegetable soup with 1 whole wheat chapati.
- Important: Avoid raw onions and spicy pickles at night.
π‘Extra Tips for Success
- πΆββοΈ Walk for 10β15 minutes after your main meals.
- β Strictly avoid milk, sugar, maida, excess oil, and spicy masalas this week.
- π§ Drink 2.5β3 litres of water throughout the day.
- π Get 10 minutes of morning sunlight to support metabolism.
- π Before Bed (Optional): 1 tsp Isabgol (psyllium husk) in warm water if needed for constipation.
