Item Instructions
Garlic Detox Shot Crush 1 clove of garlic, wait 10 mins, then swallow with warm water + Β½ tsp honey. Start with 1 clove, may increase to 2-3 by Day 3.
Ajwain Water Soak 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) in water overnight. Boil and drink warm, or simply chew the seeds and drink the water.
Optional Boost Add juice of Β½ lemon to lukewarm water for extra detox.
